Join James Rudnicki of Bush Rudnicki Shelton, P.C., for a class that helps custom home builders and remodelers reduce risk and navigate legal challenges in residential construction. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA), including how to respond to notices, manage the claims process, and handle repair or settlement offers. The class will also cover the differences between RCLA and warranty claims, along with best practices for handling deposits and draw payments to avoid costly civil and criminal liability issues.
