Description of Work: My dishwasher died Thanksgiving week and I called Factory Builders Store (North Houston) and was helped by Lee. I knew the features I wanted and it was obvious that Lee is very familiar with the inventory as he immediately narrowed my choices down to two brands/models (KitchenAid). He was so knowledgeable that I didn't hesitate to purchase the dishwasher, sight unseen, over the phone. By the next day, I also purchased a JennAir wall convection oven/microwave combination. This store uses Tommy's Installations and coordinated the installation with them. Being Thanksgiving week, Lee didn't believe I could possibly get the appliances installed before Thanksgiving but Tommy's Installations came through. Matt Coker can out the first day and installed the dishwasher flawlessly, even though he was challenged by my countertop height which had been reduced when I had tile installed several years ago. He also did a preliminary review of my current single wall oven cabinet so he could be prepared for the modifications necessary to make it fit the JennAir wall oven/microwave combination unit. Matt came back the next day with the owner, Tommy, who was the only helper available because they were so swamped with other installations during Thanksgiving week. Talk about customer service! Tommy and Matt had my cabinet modified and the new wall oven installed within a few hours and you'd never know that the cabinet wasn't built specifically for the new wall oven. I would highly recommend Lee at Factory Builder's Store; he certainly knew the features of the various brands and models & I appreciated how quickly he identified the perfect model for me. I would also highly recommend Tommy's Installations for any appliance installation. I understand that Tommy's Installations works exclusively for Factory Builders Store, so I'm not sure you'd be able to contract directly with that company for appliances purchased elsewhere.

Description of Work: During remodeling, we bought our refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove top and ventahood, and microwave from them. All the products were top of the line and our contractor installed them.
