I hired them in 2015 to remodel my house. They never finish the job. They refused to deliver materials that I purchased. They held materials and demanded storage should be paid on them in order to have them delivered to me even though I never asked them to store my materials there guys were just picking up materials for the job. It’s cost me thousands of dollars in additional contractors to finish the job. They refuse to respond to any warranty request. We’ve had multiple things that were done by them that’s completely failed. Run away from this company

I chose Raindango Remodeling because of their integrity, honesty and craftsmanship. My Master bathroom desperately needed to be updated. I had several ideas of what I wanted but didn't know if it was possible. Raindango was able to design a bathroom that was functional and beautiful. I was overwhelmed by their professionalism, knowledge and quality of work. Rene gave me a fair and honest estimate. Alan was exceptional as the project manager communicating a schedule the entire time. They took my outdated, nonfunctional bathroom and turned it into a Master suite fit for a queen.

I cannot praise this company enough. They remodeled my kitchen in 2015 and added a room to our house in 2016, and remodeled our bathroom, shower, and bedroom recently. I would have them back, but I think I am done remodeling for now. They are professional, helpful, polite, and were here on time as promised each and every time. They always took care and covered everything, and cleaned up daily. Their estimates were right on and they met my deadlines. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Their work is supreme.

I cannot say enough positive things about Raindango. All members from the top down acted professionally, were on-time, competitively priced, finished the job on time, cleaned up their mess, and an overall pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Raindango.

Raindango! Remodeling was 5 star all the way through from our initial meeting, to completion. Our project was a major overhaul from attic space to crawl space, and every room in between. Our dedicated crew was always on time, hard working, and constantly updating us with detailed info involving our whole house renovation. In less than 100 days, we were back in our home. Collaborating with their team along the way, we were able to improve upon our initial plan by incorporating some of their ideas that we hadn't even thought of during our planning process. Mark, Cole, Alan and Yermy are all very knowledgeable, and because of their commitment to excellence, we have a terrific new space that we LOVE 100%. Hat's off to their entire team.

Raindango covered every detail with our remodeling project. From the initial call, to the follow up, to the organized online program they use to keep selections in place for them and us to refer to, it really took any potential headaches out of the mix. Communication is key to projects that require such detail, and Raindango was always very responsive to our texts or messages. As a result, we are left with a gorgeous new master bathroom, upstairs guest bathroom AND a new facade on our fireplace. The whole project only took two weeks to complete, which was great. They leave no detail out. Would highly recommend Raindango and the Raindango team.....Mike, Alan, etc.

Raindango did an amazing remodel on our house, we would certainly use them again. The finished result on our 1958 house was a nicely updated home that turned out better than we had envisioned.---To us, it was a total remodel, but they referred to it as cosmetic. We had them gut two bathrooms and the kitchen, they took those three areas down to the studs, we could see up into the attic in the kitchen and into the crawl space in both of the bathrooms. --- Although we had picked out carpeting, they discovered hardwood floors under our carpeted areas, so we went with all hardwood except for ceramic tile in the wet areas. Our family room was the only area where there was no hardwood, so they installed new hardwood there, they did such a great job that when they finished it was hard to tell the new hardwoods from the original hardwoods. --- With so many moving parts and so many changes along the way, it is not surprising that a few unexpected problems appeared, but they were all handled very professionally. We put all furniture in storage except for one bedroom and except for the demolition stage and 2 days when the hardwoods were curing, we lived in the house during the remodel. At the end of each day, Raindango left the house as tidy as was possible during that phase. The workers were respectful and professional.

Consultation, set up, agreement went fine with project manager, Rene. Despite lots of rain and ice, project started in a timely manner. The demolition and building of the structure was fast and the guys who do the big construction work were professional and on time and very cordial. Once the largest part of the structure was finished and there was only inside work to do, work slowed greatly. There were some times I would not be informed when workers would come out and some days I'd come home and someone would be in the house. If workers would be supposed to come, they would show up at 4 or 5pm. It was if our project all of a sudden ended up on the low priority list. The workers seemed to be exhausted, as if coming from a prior large project. I was still dealing with Rene. I complained. Work sped up but with terrible craftsmanship, TERRIBLE. Also, according to Rene, work was just about complete. BUT it wasn't. I put together a list and had pictures of several things that were left unfinished or done wrong or that looked horrible. Alan came out, assessed, and promptly got everything fixed. He was very apologetic about what had happened and I only dealt with him from that point forward. He had me put together a list of what needed to be finished and everything got done FAST. We were very impressed with how this guy cleaned things up after the mess that Rene left. Total time was approximately 4-5 months to complete. I think this is an honest, good company that had a terrible project manager heading up this bid. I believe the project manager's direction of the project does not reflect on the company. Regardless of who you choose to complete your work, keep an open line of communication and be very clear about your expectations.

We remodeled our bathroom, and did some additional work in our master bedroom, staircase, and a hallway. We kept the same footprint but essentially it was a gut job. The salesperson, Tracy, was professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole remodel. He was a delight to work with and very helpful when we couldn't get hold of our project manager. We got several quotes from different companies for our project, and Raindango was about the middle of the pack as far as prices, not the highest, but not the lowest either. Raindango workers in general were polite, professional, reliable, spoke enough English that I could communicate with them, and aimed to please. Most importantly, they showed up every day and did quality work. My one quibble was with the project manager, Alan, who while extremely capable and a nice guy, is obviously overloaded with too many projects, and I feel communication suffered as a result. Still, I would recommend this company if you are doing a remodel.

Raindango helped us with a refresh remodeling on a house that had been leased and needed to be placed on the market for sale in the NW Dallas. They were fast and professional and keep within the original estimate of work. They helped with resourcing products that we needed, were on time and all of their crew were professional. I would refer them to anyone that needs general construction work done on a home.

The guys at Raindango are just amazing! They have completed several projects for me. They remodeled ,kitchen and installed new windows. They are very neat and considerate of my home. They show up and complete the projects in the time frame they promised. I will recommend them to all of my friends.
